The organisation have a healthy pipeline of projects across the country and due to expansion are looking for Solar Installers to join their growing team and fuel future success.In this role you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of Solar panels onto commercial properties, ensuring high quality installations and adhering to H&S on site. Projects are located across the UK so nationwide travel and frequent stay aways will be required.This role would suit someone with a strong background in roofing, ideally working with solar PV systems. Candidates with a hands-on background in joinery, carpentry or similar, keen to progress within renewable energy, will be considered and are encouraged to apply. A valid CSCS card is required, and use of own vehicle for transport.The Role:
- Installation of commercial roof top solar PV systems
- Ensure high quality installations and H&S on site
- Work will be throughout the country, with frequent stay aways required
- Future progression opportunities to Lead Installer
The Person:
- Experience in roofing, carpentry, joinery or similar
- Solar PV installation background is advantageous, but not essential
- CSCS Card
- Clean UK driving license
- Willing to travel
