We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. This is a site-based role, and you will play a key part in setting out, quality assurance, progress reporting, and liaising with subcontractors and design teams. You'll be supported by a strong engineering and project delivery team committed to high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

The Role:

  • Site engineering duties on a large-scale infrastructure project
  • Setting out for highways, bridge structures, and drainage systems
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with design specifications
  • Liaising with subcontractors, site supervisors, and the project team
  • Quality assurance, keeping accurate records and reports
  • Working closely with design, commercial, and management teams

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways or civil infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in setting out using GPS and total station equipment
  • Strong understanding of drainage, earthworks, and structural elements
  • CSCS card and relevant engineering qualification (HNC, HND or Degree)
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)
  • Able to work full-time on-site in the Kenilworth area
