6+ Months Contract

£21.000 per hour (Paid via Umbrella PAYE - estimated £590-£750+ take home per week)

Do you have a background in Shop fitting and/or Joinery/Carpentry? Are you looking for an immediately available contract role where a vehicle and fuel card is provided?

My client is a leading services provider to a range of supermarket stores nationwide. Due to ongoing projects, they require an individual to join the field team covering the Scotland area to upgrade cash storage systems. This role may mean working across other sites in the UK. All expenses are covered and a vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

You will be tasked with upgrading supermarket cash drawers within the back offices, replacing the old drawers and installing the new ones. It will involve basic mechanical install skills and full training will be given prior to starting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with good hands-on skills, looking for a fully expensed field-based role which requires an immediate start within a market-leading company.

The Role:

  • Install and maintain systems and equipment, test and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure fully functional once installed.
  • Field Based covering Scotland and surrounding areas (Fully expensed)
  • Contract till October 2025
  • 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday
  • A DBS will need to be done unless you have a recent certificate to hand

The Candidate:

  • Shop fitting/carpentry backgrounds considered
  • Previous experience of using hand tools, power tools to cut, shape and assemble (SDS drill, Jigsaws, Multitools, Reciprocating saws)
  • Full UK, Clean Driving License
  • Happy to travel and reliable
  • CSCS green card or above
