The day to day of this role will involve dealing with customer needs, service and MOT scheduling, selling additional products and services, loading workshop schedules, updating customers with vehicle progress reports and cover work on invoicing tasks. The ideal candidate for this role would be Service Administrator from an automotive or truck background or an individual with customer service experience within a busy environment who is used to working at a desk, inputting data, being organized, scheduling work, updating clients and working on a computer. Prior experience with Autoline computer system will be an advantage.
