Senior Design Engineering Manager Flexible location – Hybrid role £52,000- £62,000 + Car / Car allowance + Private Health Care + 8% Pension + Chance to lead major projects + Quick progression to higher roles Are you a driven water design engineer or similar looking for the next big project in your career? Do you want to work for a large company that having recently been established as an independent business are seeing a strong period of growth and reduced red-tape allowing them to capitalise on a growing market share? The company have just taken on a major project across the UK where they are looking for the right person to be an integral member of the design team working on water and wastewater infrastructure design projects. This will be a full life cycle project where you will need to handle the project from initial conceptual consultations through to project completion. This major national utility infrastructure company are in the process of tendering for several other large-scale projects giving the right candidate the opportunity to have a multitude of new projects over the coming years to work on and be a key decision maker in. You will be part of a growing design office, where you can come in and be part of the team and projects from design to completion in the way you see fit. You will need to be in office 2 days per week. There are multiple offices across most major cities for your convenience The role: Hybrid structure with 3 days from home working with your design team Create and check designs, calculations and drawing specifications Supervise junior level design engineers to aid them in their progressions and work load is met Check compliance is met The person: A background in the water / wastewater design sector Well versed in engineering software A relevant education background – civil engineering or similar JBRP1_UKTJ
