This is a small site so my client is looking for someone used to being hands on and shopfloor based. The role will include hands on maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for an autonomous position, supported by a larger group, where you will set the culture and standards. The company have a friendly culture and pride themselves on low staff turnover. The company are well established and investing in this new site in the Bristol area. Therefore first task will be to recruit the small team in order to make to site fully operational. From there you will be responsible for all aspects on site such as staff and budget management, planning and scheduling, stock control and health and safety.
