They are now seeking a Project Manager to join the Kent team, managing a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, flats, office conversions, and more.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects across Kent and South London, reporting directly to the Building Control Manager. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, providing technical guidance to clients, architects, and builders, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and carrying out thorough plan checks and inspections, among other duties.
To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience in a similar position and hold at least a 2D-F surveyor qualification. The role is predominantly site-based, with occasional office attendance in Canterbury, typically a couple of times per month.
