This company is a Manufacturer who works with big names across various industries such as automotive and power generation. Due to continued growth in line with continuous improvement, they are looking for a motivated engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be involved in all NPI activities to assist in bringing products from the design/conception stages into manufacture, while striving for continual improvements of quality and yield. The role will be hands-on, split between the shop floor and office. There are opportunities for those looking to stay hands-on or who would like to take on management responsibilities.
The Role:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours
- Split between the shop floor and office
- Part of the NPI team
- Leadership and support of other staff
- Bringing products from concept to manufacture
- Liaising with clients to discuss requirements and updates
The Person:
- Background in NPI or similar
- Engineering background, such as manufacturing or heavy engineering (or similar)
- Management experience not required but is beneficial
