Group Contracts Director – Installation Projects £80K – 100K DOE plus car plus benefits Bristol area- Office based with occasional site visits (nationwide) 39 Hours, Monday to Friday A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Contractor Manager or Director from a fit out/installation background looking to take the next step in their career. Working within a fast paced role with scope for future progression. Are you a Contracts director with strong experience working on fit out and installation projects? Do you have good strategic, people and project management skills? Are you looking to join a thriving company playing a pivotal role for a growing business? The company is a well-established fit out business, with projects nationally. In this role you will oversee the smooth and efficient management of all projects alongside supporting the growth of multiple divisions. You will implement new strategies to ensure efficiency, oversee financial performance of projects and work alongside owners to help grow the business. The Role 1.Operational management – creating strategies to drive growth, improve operations and increase financial performance of projects 2.Oversee project delivery and monitoring KPIs resolving any issues that may occur 3.Lead and manage multiple departments ensuring smooth collaboration between teams 4.Operate at board level reporting current performance and presenting new incentive and strategies for improvement 5.Full time permanent position based in Bristol with national travel The Person 1.Experience as a Contracts Director overseeing project delivery, people management and implantation of new strategies within a business 2.Knowledge of installation/fit out sector 3.Experience operating at board level – leading meetings and reporting on performance 4.Some design experience – AUTOCAD, BIM JBRP1_UKTJ
