Are you an experienced food manufacturing professional, looking for a days based permanent role in central Nottingham with potential to progress a career in Quality Management?
The position is with a growing manufacturer who have recently become part of a larger group and are looking to expand.
You will report into the QA Manager, and be trained in auditing the production processes with the goal of ensuring that agreed quality and safety standards are met.
The role:
- Full time, permanent, days role with food production , working a party of the quality team
- Performing regular quality and hygiene checks on products produced and good into the factory
- Working to HACCP and BRCGS standards for food safety
- Progression into Quality Management
The person:
- Working experience in the food manufacturing sector
- Knowledge/interest in food quality and willingness to be trained
- Willingness to work Sunday-Thursday and undertake a small amount of travel
