Exciting Opportunity for an Estimator to join a reputable and rapidly growing company specialising in new build and cladding remedial within the commercial sector. With a strong, secure pipeline of projects lined up for the next three years, this thriving main contractor is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an Estimator Manager to join their team. This well-established construction company has extensive experience in cladding remediation and commercial new builds. Operating nationwide, this main contractor is known for delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects. They specialise in new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and building facades up to 30M across a variety of sectors. They are now looking for an Estimating Manager to join their team who will report directly to the commercial director.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimating Manager or Senior Estimator ready to take the next step, to join a rapidly growing main contractor. The role offers clear career progression, stability, and a diverse range of projects.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead and manage the estimating department, attend site visits, oversee tender, and mentor and train younger assistants within the company. In the role you will also be expected to assist the Senior Estimator and share the workload to ensure projects run smoothly.
The ideal candidate with have Estimating experience in New Build, Cladding or Fit-Out sectors and live a commutable distance from the office in Glasgow.
