The postholder has overall managerial responsibility for premises management, ensuring the premises team is organised to deliver a secure and compliant estate that facilitates outstanding education and prioritises the health and safety of students, staff, volunteers, visitors, and the wider community.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estates management.
You will have overseen health and safety, have had budget responsibility, have lead projects and people management experience. Candidate who have worked within education are encouraged to apply.
