£40,000 – £42,000 + Progression + Training + Vehicle + Days

This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 100 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor.

In this role you will be working Monday – Friday out of their modern office in Grays with occasional site travel. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Engineering operations across a number of high-end facilities.

This role would suit someone with Contract Management experience who wants a secure role within an exciting field with full training across a range of responsibility.

The Role:

• Coordinating and Overseeing Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Operational tasks running residential parks.
• Occasional travel to site.
• Office based role (Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30).

The Person:

• Operations, Contract or Project Management experience.
• Construction / Engineering / Grounds Maintenance background.
• Commutable to Grays.
