Are you a consultant engineer with experience in building services design, looking for a role where you will be trained into all aspects of heat networks including district heating networks – with full guidance into chartership?

My client is one of the most reputable consultancy firms working with district heating networks across the UK, turning over up to 10 million annually. Based in London Bridge in a state-of-the-art office, they are future-focused and growing, with an extensive project pipeline within the future-proof industry of district heating networks and building services.
In this role, you will have a mixture of technical and project management duties. You will be working with exciting projects where you will be providing technical support throughout, ensuring thorough design – covering all aspects of heat networks within building services, as well as client dedicated project management.
The Role:
- Consultancy and design of heat networks within building services.
- Project support – ensuring clients are receiving both technical and commercial perspective.
- Ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, as well as time and budget constraints.
- Support in mentoring graduates.
The Candidate:
- Building services design experience – with a focus on communal heating.
- Ability to produce calculations, deliverables and specifications across RIBA3 and RIBA4 heating and hot water systems.
- Degree educated and working towards chartership.
