Busness Development Manager (Renewables/Decarbonisation) in Gloucester

BDM (Renewables Solutions/ Decarbonisation)

You will need to be based in or near the following: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cotswolds, Tewkesbury

£50,000 to £60,000 + Uncapped Profit Related Commission Scheme (10% of Profit OTE over £15k extra in year one) + Company Car (EV) + Death in Service + Excellent Company Benefits + Pension Scheme

The Role:
– Drive the business forward with a clear sales strategy
– Winning new business as well as making use of the existing the leads gained through the excellent reputation they have already built
– This will include office based work as well as meetings at customer sites (2/3days in office 2/3days out)
– Profit related Commission scheme with no limit to what you can earn

The Person:
– Proven Sales experience within the Energy sector
– You will need an understanding of energy efficiency solutions, renewables and decarbonisation solutions
– An ambitious sales person looking for a rewarding role where you can bring your own ideas and make the role your own
