My client is a respected, fully independent UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy established in 2002. With over 80 employees and a strong focus on quality and integrity, they are widely regarded as a leading employer in their sector. Their head office near Dartford supports a dedicated team of 20 full-time surveyors, with hands-on leadership and a collaborative environment. As an active voice in the industry—one of the owners chairs a major trade association—they offer long-term stability and a genuine career path.
Due to continued growth, my client is seeking experienced Asbestos Surveyors to join their professional team. You will be responsible for delivering a range of high-standard asbestos surveys for prestigious clients across the UK. This role offers full technical and managerial support, high-spec equipment, and the chance to grow within a supportive and ambitious business.
You are a qualified and experienced asbestos surveyor who values accuracy, professionalism, and excellent client service. With at least two years of lead surveyor experience, you are comfortable working independently and confident using digital reporting tools. You are dependable, detail-focused, and ready to take the next step in your surveying career with an employer who values your contribution.
The Role:- Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys to the highest standards
- Produce accurate reports and site drawings using tablet-based software
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of HSE and quality system requirements
- Deliver excellent service and communication to clients
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every site visit
- P402 or RSPH qualified asbestos surveyor
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a lead surveyor
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented
- Confident with IT systems and mobile data capture tools
