Based in Beckenham, you will lead a 15-person Toolroom (designers and toolmakers), managing new tooling delivery, maintenance strategy, capacity/budget, and cross-functional collaboration through tool trials and production readiness. This role suits a technically-driven leader with a background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Toolmaking, Machining, or other technical engineering backgrounds.
