Solar PV Electrician
£40,000 - £50,000 per year + Company Van + Fuel Card + Company iPad + Progression
Ince, Wigan (Sites within 2 hours of the office)
Are you an experienced Solar PV Electrician looking to join a growing renewables business, working on Domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage systems with opportunities for progression as the company expands?
This is a permanent position with an expanding renewables contractor where you will work on a variety of Solar PV and Battery Storage projects, take on a key technical role, and have the opportunity to progress as the business continues to grow.
The company deliver Solar PV and Battery Storage projects across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Solar PV Electrician to support ongoing projects and maintain high standards across their installations.
In this role you will carry out small-scale Solar PV installations, fault-finding, diagnostics, inspection, testing and certification, alongside reviewing and signing off works, supporting installation teams and assisting with commissioning and system optimisation.
Projects are typically within around two hours of the main office in Ince, with overnight stays potentially required in future, although these are not currently expected.
This role would suit an experienced Solar PV Electrician with industry experience, strong fault-finding ability and good knowledge of battery storage, looking to join a growing business.
The Role:
- Installing small-scale Domestic Solar PV systems
- Fault-finding and diagnostics across Solar PV and Battery Storage systems
- Inspection, testing and certification of installations
- Working on projects within approximately 2 hours of Ince
The Person:
- Qualified Electrician
- Solar PV qualified
- Experience in Solar industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
