This is an excellent opportunity for a Flooring Estimator to join a well-established specialist contractor experiencing continued growth. You will work on a varied range of commercial projects while joining a relaxed, down-to-earth team within a stable and successful business.
Are you an Estimator with experience within commercial flooring? Do you enjoy pricing projects, completing take-offs and working closely with clients and suppliers? Are you looking for a long-term role within an established company with a supportive and flexible working environment?
This established specialist contractor has been operating for over 20 years and delivers commercial flooring solutions across sectors including high-rise residential, student accommodation, schools and universities. Working across a range of flooring products and specialist finishes, the business has built a strong reputation and is continuing to grow its project portfolio and delivery team.
You will be responsible for receiving and reviewing tender enquiries, completing take-offs and measurements and producing accurate project estimates. You will work closely with suppliers, sales representatives and clients to obtain pricing and ensure competitive tenders are produced across projects ranging from smaller works through to major commercial schemes.
This role would suit someone with experience estimating and pricing within the flooring industry who is looking for a stable, long-term position. Candidates from a flooring supervision or operational background with strong pricing experience may also be considered.

The Role:
* Preparing estimates and pricing commercial flooring projects
* Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and project information
* Completing take-offs and measurements
* Liaising with suppliers, sales representatives and clients to obtain pricing
* Primarily office-based in Sheffield with occasional site visits
The Person:
* Experience within commercial flooring
* Estimating, pricing or take-off experience
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Positive, down-to-earth and willing to learn
