Do you have basic construction related qualifications? Are you looking to join a thriving construction contractor where you will receive full training and development to become an Estimator?

This is an excellent opportunity with a market leading contractor who will enable you to become a well round Estimator within a variety of projects. You will receive hands on training and development with the chance to gain additional qualifications.

This well-established Contractor has gone from strength to strength building a great clientele across residential, education and healthcare creating a great steam of workload. Due to success, they're looking to expand their commercial department.

Getting hands on training from their Senior Estimator, you'll support the tender process end-to-end, including take-offs from drawings, site visits, enquiries and pulling together submissions before handing over to delivery.

This role suits someone with an interest or basic qualification in construction, alongside a full driver's license. You will be motivated by long-term technical development, structured training, and progressing through the estimating/commercial function as their capability grows.

The Role:

  • Supporting tendering from enquiry through to submission and handover
  • Full training to take off drawings, produce costs and submit tenders
  • Working closely alongside the Commercial Director
  • Westerham office-based with site visits across London / South East / Kent / Essex

The Person:

  • Construction-related qualification or experience
  • Strong maths and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Motivated candidate with desire to progress within the construction industry
  • Full UK driving licence (or able to travel to sites reliably)
