Are you a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing background looking for a days-based role where you can take responsibility for a small team and develop your career within a growing manufacturer? On offer is a varied role where you will coordinate the daily hygiene workload, lead and develop members of the team and ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance are maintained across the site. You will also support GMP audits, pest-control monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role would suit a Hygiene Team Leader or Supervisor from a food manufacturing environment looking for responsibility, development and a stable Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day hygiene operation
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety and H&S across the manufacturing site
  • Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm

The Candidate:

  • Previous hygiene experience within food manufacturing
  • Previous experience leading/managing a team
  • Commutable to Rochester
