Are you a Site Manager from a residential or commercial background looking to join a growing developer where you'll be trusted to run your own sites and supported with long-term progression into Contracts Management? On offer is a secure, permanent role with a friendly and hands-on team, where you'll oversee the delivery of bespoke new build and refurbishment projects and be backed with flexible support on internal and external qualifications as you develop.

This company are a well-established residential developer who deliver high-quality bespoke homes, completing circa 15-20 units per year. As a result of continued growth and recently securing a new project, they are now looking to add a Site Manager to strengthen their site delivery team.

In this role you'll be fully site based (with time in the office as required), leading day-to-day site operations, running toolbox talks, overseeing labour, and ensuring quality of build and programme delivery. This role would suit a Site Manager with CSCS and SMSTS, looking for a long-term position offering development, responsibility, and a genuine route to progress as the business grows.
