The company are a successful, hands-on developer delivering new build bespoke homes and refurbishment projects. They are looking to add to their team following a recently won project, and are keen to bring in someone who wants to grow with the business long term.

In this role you will be based on site and in the office across Godstone, London and Surrey, overseeing the build, coordinating materials, labour and equipment, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. This role would suit a Project Manager with high-end residential experience who is comfortable working independently, and who wants long-term progression, development and increased responsibility as the company continues to grow.

The Role:

  • Managing high-end residential new build and refurbishment projects
  • Producing RAMS and project programmes
  • Overseeing build quality, labour, materials and equipment
  • Sites across London and the Southeast

The Person:

  • Project Manager / Residential Project Manager background
  • High-end residential build experience, able to work independently
  • CSCS & SMSTS
