The company have gone from strength to strength and are now the trusted supplier to customers all over the world. Due to continued growth and ongoing success, they are now seeking a Production Team Leader to strengthen their team.
You will be responsible for leading operators across key production areas, taking responsibility for production output, quality, and health & safety, while supporting the Shift Manager and driving continuous improvement.
This role suits a candidate with experience leading a team who wants responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to develop within a company that prides itself on employee development.
The Role:
- Leading a team of operators across key production areas
- Taking responsibility for production, KPIs, quality and health & safety
- Monday to Friday, Early and lates
The Candidate:
- Previous experience leading a production/operations team in a manufacturing environment
- Confident driving performance against KPIs, with strong health & safety and quality awareness
