Working as part of a supportive and developing team, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards across apprenticeship delivery, employer engagement, learner progress and assessment quality.
As a Carpentry & Joinery Assessor, you'll assess apprentices in the workplace, ensuring all assessment activity is completed in line with apprenticeship standards, awarding body requirements and internal quality procedures. You'll carry out progress reviews, set SMART targets, provide constructive feedback, support EPA Gateway preparation, and maintain accurate learner records using digital platforms and e-portfolios such as OneFile.
