Are you a Mechanical Engineering or Estates Manager with a background in healthcare or facilities management, looking to take ownership of engineering services across a complex and critical environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to lead mechanical engineering operations across a major healthcare estate, where your expertise will directly support safe, compliant and high-performing clinical services.
You'll act as an Authorised Person / Lead Authorised Person, ensuring robust safe systems of work and statutory compliance are maintained, while identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and value across the estate.

This position would suit somebody who is ready to step into a senior leadership position, take ownership of a complex engineering operation and build on their existing technical and management experience.
The Role:
- Lead mechanical engineering & estates services across healthcare environment.
- Drive continuous improvement & service performance across the estate
- Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning, compliance and engineering risk
The Candidate:
- Experience in an Engineering/Estates Manager position
- Mechanical Bias
- Previous experience on healthcare/PFI contracts
