Are you an experienced Dilapidations Surveyor looking for a senior leadership opportunity? Do you want to take ownership of a growing Dilapidations service line, while leading and developing an established team? The business is continuing to grow its Dilapidations offering and is looking for a senior Dilapidations Surveyor to take a lead role in London and the wider Southeast.

You will become the specialist at the top of the London function, with approximately 8-9 Building Surveyors working across the region. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with team leadership, client management and business development. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop the Dilapidations service line while having significant autonomy in your day-to-day role.

The Role:

  • Head up the Dilapidations function across London and the Southeast
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 8-9 Building Surveyors
  • Deliver a wide range of Dilapidations and Building Surveying instructions
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development and identify new opportunities
  • Work with the Senior Director to develop and deliver the Dilapidations business plan
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the Dilapidations service line

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong experience in Dilapidations
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
