Project Supervisor (Mechanical)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Full Training + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Progression to Project Manager + 30 Days Holiday

Have you got mechanical experience? Are you looking for a Project Supervisor position where you will be fully trained on specialist equipment, and overall project management?
On offer is a permanent position with a well-established specialist installation business, where you will take ownership of site installs, work closely with experienced internal staff and subcontract teams, and be supported as the company grows this division year on year.
This well-established company have a reputation for working on a variety of projects. Due to continued growth plans within their installation arm, they are now looking to add an additional Project Supervisor to help take projects through to completion and support expansion to the next stage.
In this role you will be office based in Lincoln you will be fully trained to oversee the installation of works. It will be an even mix of office and site-based work and you will have thorough training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Mechanical or Electrical background looking for long-term development, specialist training on unique machinery, and progression towards managing major projects.
The Role:
- Project supervision and coordination of site installations
- Checking drawings, organising logistics, and signing off completed works
- Supporting commissioning/testing and carrying out fault diagnostics
- Receiving full Project Management training
The Person:
- Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical background
- Organised with some supervisory experience
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites as required
