This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in a highly autonomous role, working between home and sites across Birmingham on a major long-term social housing framework.
Are you a Building Surveyor with experience working on residential refurbishment or public sector projects? Are you looking to join a well-established consultancy that will support your progression towards Chartership while offering excellent flexibility and work-life balance?
This established consultancy has been delivering professional construction services to housing associations and local authorities across the UK for over 40 years. Due to continued growth and the award of a major framework with a local authority, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team in Huddersfield.
In this role, you will work across a variety of social housing new-build and refurbishment projects, managing client relationships and supporting projects from initial surveys through to completion. You will spend a significant amount of time working remotely and across sites around Huddersfield, and regular work in the office.
The ideal candidate will have an RICS-accredited construction or surveying degree and experience in Building Surveying, ideally across residential, refurbishment, or public-sector projects. You should be confident working autonomously, dealing directly with clients and managing multiple projects. Candidates working towards Chartership are encouraged to apply, with full support, training and professional fees provided.

- Building Surveyor or similar
- RICS-accredited construction or surveying degree
