Location: North-West London (Harlesden, Willesden, Cricklewood, Wembley, Perivale, Greenford, Ealing, Southall, Northolt, Harrow, Edware, Stanmore, Pinner, Northwood, Ruislip & all surrounding areas)

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 + Electric Van & Charge Card + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Handyperson/Fabric Technician/Tradesperson, looking for a mobile position offering ongoing technical training and career progression opportunities? On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will cover a regional patch, carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance with the chance to significantly increase your earnings through enhanced overtime rates.

Alongside this, the company will support your development as an Engineer with funding available to complete training courses and become a multiskilled Engineer, with progression available to senior or managerial positions. The Role:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive building fabric maintenance across multiple sites
  • Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering and general fabric repairs
  • Ongoing training and career progression

  • Full UK driving licence
