Are you a Geotechnical Engineer, Engineering Geologist or Geo-Environmental Engineer who loves being out on site and wants to join a fast-growing specialist where you'll be mentored by a Principal Engineer and progressed towards Senior / Project level work?

On offer is a long-term role where you'll work closely with an experienced Principal Engineer, with ongoing 1-to-1 support, funded external training and structured leadership coaching, giving you a clear route into Senior / Project level work.
This is an established ground investigation and site investigation drilling services provider, supporting a range of projects with a strong rail-sector workload alongside work across energy and highways. With continued growth and ambitious plans to double headcount over the next 3-5 years, they are looking to add an experienced site-focused engineer to their specialist team.
In this role you'll be Milton Keynes based, spending the majority of your time on site across the South UK running site works, logging and sampling, with the remainder spent in the office supporting reporting. The site/office split will depend on your experience and how you'd like your career to develop, and the business is happy to support people who love site work as well as those looking to build towards a more office-based or hybrid role in the future. xgikmsk
This role would suit someone with hands-on site experience in geotechnical, geology or geo-environmental work who wants to develop their career at a growing company who invest heavily in their staff.
