This role suits a senior / lead engineer, Supervisor, or Team Leader who wants progression, development and increased responsibility, while still staying hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Lead a small engineering team on shift (2 engineers on shift; 3 total including Team Leader)
- Hands-on maintenance: PPMs, breakdowns, shift handover and upkeep of maintenance records (SAP/notifications)
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), 6 to 6 [4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off)
The Person:
- Mechanical or Electrical maintenance background
- Worked in a manufacturing or production environment, or related
- Comfortable leading and developing others (delegation, prioritisation, safety-first approach)
