This is a full-time permanent position within an expanding New Homes team, supporting the marketing and administration of new homes developments across the South West. You'll play a key part in keeping listings, marketing activity, and sales admin running smoothly, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. This role would suit someone who takes pride in high standards, is naturally proactive, and wants a stable position with the chance to grow into a bigger role as the department develops.
The Role:
- Support the day-to-day running of the New Homes department (Exeter-based)
- Create/maintain listings, sales particulars and advertising materials
- Coordinate marketing activity across print, web, signage and social media
- Track viewings and follow up leads/enquiries, liaising with clients and suppliers
- Saturday working on a rota basis
