This growing multidisciplinary consultancy delivers property consultancy, facilities management and surveying services across a broad range of public and private sector clients. They provide a varied workload across education, commercial and local authority portfolios. In this role, you will primarily focus on condition surveys while also supporting wider Building Surveying projects. You will carry out site inspections, prepare reports and specifications, assist with contract administration, contribute to project delivery and gain valuable experience across the full project lifecycle while receiving structured APC support.

The ideal candidate will have some Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience, strong technical knowledge and a genuine desire to continue developing professionally.

The Role

  • Carrying out condition surveys across a varied property portfolio
  • Preparing reports, specifications and tender documentation
  • Supporting contract administration duties
  • Assisting with project delivery from inception through to completion
  • Undertaking site inspections across Devon and Somerset
  • Hybrid working between the Exeter office, home and project sites
  • Receiving structured APC and Chartership support

The Person

  • Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience
  • Experience producing reports and technical documentation
  • Some knowledge of contract administration and project delivery
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
