£60,000 - £68,000 + Car Allowance + Annual Salary Review + Up to 12% Employer Pension + 25 Days Holiday (Increasing with Service) + Excellent Company Benefits
Site Based, commutable from: Kettering, Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Rushden, Thrapston, Burton Latimer and surrounding areas
Are you an Engineering Manager from an FMCG or food manufacturing background looking to join a market-leading organisation where you will lead a skilled engineering function and play a key role in improving site performance?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer during an exciting period of investment and growth. You will have the autonomy to develop your team, improve engineering standards and drive long-term improvements across a fast-paced production facility.
You will take full responsibility for the site engineering function, leading a team of Lead Engineers and Multi-Skilled Engineers. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, asset reliability, engineering KPIs and continuous improvement projects.
The role would suit an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong manufacturing background who has previously led multi-skilled engineering teams and delivered improvements across maintenance, reliability and operational performance. xgikmsk
The Role:
- Lead, manage and develop the site engineering team
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, improving reliability and OEE
- Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work
- Drive continuous improvement and support capital projects
The Person:
- Engineering management experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG Environment
- Proven experience leading multi-skilled engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability and asset care
