£45,000 - £55,000 + Christmas Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Early Finish Fridays + Company Pension

You will be responsible for producing detailed AutoCAD drawings, preparing material schedules, attending occasional site visits and working closely with project teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently. The Role:

  • Producing detailed AutoCAD drawings for roofing, cladding and façade projects
  • Preparing material schedules and supporting project delivery
  • Attending occasional site visits across the North East and Yorkshire
  • Working closely with the design and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Office-based role in Durham with an early finish every Friday

The Person:

  • Experience using AutoCAD within the construction industry
  • Background in roofing, cladding, façades, curtain walling or architecture
  • Keen to develop skills in Revit, Rhino or other 3D design software
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Full UK Driving License
