With their O&M division receiving major investment, they are now looking for a motivated Labourer to support their field engineers and grow within the business.

In this role, you will travel from home to commercial solar sites across the South West alongside experienced engineers. You will assist with site setups, manual tasks, basic maintenance support, and hands-on operational work while gaining real-world industry skills. This is an autonomous role offering strong flexibility, where travel after the first hour is fully paid and any rare stays away come with a 20% salary uplift.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated Labourer-no prior solar experience required-to gain full hands-on training, earn industry qualifications (such as CSCS), and build a long-term, high-growth career in commercial renewables.

The Role

  • Assisting field engineers across commercial solar sites in the South West
  • Supporting with site prep, manual labour, and general maintenance work
  • Field-based role travelling directly from home with flexible working hours
  • Paid travel time (kicks in after 1 hour each way) and a 20% uplift for rare stays away

The Person

  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and keen to learn a trade in renewables (essential)

  • No prior solar experience needed-full training provided for the right candidate
