The company are a Multi-million pound packaging manufacturing operating from a modern fast paced environment. This role is due to growth.
This is a 3 on 3 off shift role (6pm - 6am). You will take ownership of a shift with approx. 20 reports. This will cover production, warehouse and logistical duties whilst overseeing the goods in and goods out network.
This role would suit a leader from any Production, Engineering or Warehousing background looking for a long-term stable job with a successful business.
The Role:
- Sole responsibility for site operations on shift, leading up to 20 staff
- Driving performance and quality targets, safety/quality audits, reporting and stock movement
- 3 on 3 off night shift (18:00-06:00)
The Person:
- Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager
- Any Warehousing, Factory, Production or Logistics background
- Commutable to Coventry
