Are you an experienced Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor from a construction, automotive or similar technical background looking for a secure, permanent and highly varied role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading manufacturer where you will lead a small team, drive parts sales and play a key role in improving the performance of the department.

The company is a multi-million pound manufacturer within the construction machinery sector, supplying specialist equipment to blue-chip clients. In this varied role, you will manage a team of approximately 4-6 people while overseeing parts sales, customer enquiries, stock and inventory, order processing and general departmental performance. You will also be expected to take a hands-on approach and support other areas of the operation when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, preferably within the construction, automotive, plant, machinery or parts industry. You will receive ongoing training, good work-life balance, and competitive benefits.

The Role:

  • Managing and developing a small Parts team
  • Overseeing stock, inventory, orders, quotations, returns and invoicing
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm / Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm

  • Previous managerial / supervisory experience
  • Construction, automotive, plant, machinery or similar background
  • Commutable to Chesterfield
  • Parts experience
