This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Estimator or Estimator to join a well-established roofing specialist with a strong pipeline of commercial work and continued plans for growth. You will play a key role within the commercial team while developing your technical and estimating expertise across a varied range of flat roofing projects.

You will produce accurate and competitive tenders for commercial flat roofing projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams from initial enquiry through to contract award. You will review drawings and specifications, develop costs and build your knowledge across a range of roofing systems.

This role would suit an Assistant Estimator or Estimator with previous flat roofing estimating experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist environment. The company provides ongoing product training and professional development, with the opportunity to progress towards a Senior Estimator position over time.

The Role:

* Producing competitive tenders for commercial flat roofing projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
* Developing accurate costs across a range of flat roofing systems

The Person:

* Previous estimating experience within flat roofing is essential
* Knowledge of flat roofing systems including single-ply, liquid waterproofing, hot melt or built-up felt
* Strong commercial awareness, organisation and attention to detail
* Keen to develop and progress within a growing business
