Are you a Building Surveyor, Architectural Technician, or Technical Surveyor with experience in refurbishment, minor works, or existing building projects looking to join a growing engineering and technology consultancy?

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out site inspections, condition surveys, and technical assessments across a range of properties. This position is ideal for a Building Surveyor, Architectural Technician, or similar professional with experience working on refurbishment, minor works, and upgrade projects within existing buildings, looking for a varied role with autonomy and exposure to a wide range of technically challenging projects.
The Role:
- Technical & Building Surveyor within a growing engineering and technology consultancy
- Carrying out condition surveys, inspections, and building assessments across a variety of properties
