You'll be trained from the ground up in a high-performance environment where results are recognised and rewarded. We hire future leaders, with a clear pathway from entry level through to Director level for high performers. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working across the US Market, you'll build a specialist desk, speak to candidates and clients daily, and learn to win business, negotiate and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys pace and competition, with uncapped commission and genuine long-term progression.
What you'll do:
- Source and qualify candidates and manage interviews
- Build client relationships and win new business
- Run recruitment processes end-to-end (briefing to offer)
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Develop into a market specialist on the US desk
