Are you a commercial electrician looking to come off the tools and move into a surveying role within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector, where you will receive full training on solar PV systems and long-term job security within a future-proof industry?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-national company at the forefront of solar energy, working with schools across the UK to install and maintain solar PV systems. This established and growing business installs solar PV systems on schools, manages long-term asset contracts, and consults on GB energy schemes.
In this role, you will carry out site surveys, pre-installation visits, fault finding, system commissioning, and annual inspections across a patch covering Birmingham southwards. You'll be on the road 2-3 days per week with the remainder spent working from home writing reports and liaising with contractors.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified commercial electrician ready to step away from the tools and progress their career within the renewable energy sector. They will need to be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check and have a flexible attitude to travel.

The Role:
