Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to build long-term technical progression with chartership support, while working on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects? Do you want to join a growing contractor who has won a number of exciting new clients? This is a permanent role with a specialist fit-out contractor, who are working across a range of sectors, including food, beverage, hospitality and retail. They are going through a huge growth period and therefore offer progression through to Managing Quantity Surveyor.
You'll be joining an established business who pride themselves on developing and investing in staff by offering internal progression, and supporting qualifications such as MCIOB/Chartership. Office based in Bristol with site visits, you'll manage cost control and commercial administration across pub, restaurant, hotel and retail fit-out projects (typically £100k-£2m), including measurement, procurement and final accounts.
This role suits a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on a variety of projects, have a clear path for progression and is hungry to progress within a growing business.
The Role:
- Quantity Surveying on commercial projects (pubs, restaurants, hotels, retail frameworks)
- Overseeing the cost control of construction projects alongside Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Office-based in Bristol with site visits (projects can involve wider UK travel)
