In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role based in our US Market team, you'll build your own specialist desk, speak to clients and candidates daily, and develop the commercial skills to win business, manage processes and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven position with uncapped commission and long-term progression.
What you'll do:
- Identify candidates and coordinate interviews
- Develop client relationships and win new business
- Manage the process end-to-end from briefing through to offer
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Become a specialist within your market on the US desk
