You will deliver a mixture of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning, helping students develop a broad range of construction skills, technical understanding and workplace confidence. You will support learners throughout their journey, preparing them for employment and helping them achieve their qualifications.

The Role
- Deliver Multi-Skills Construction programmes across a range of levels
- Support learners to develop practical construction skills and industry knowledge
- Full Teacher Training and Qualifications provided
- 35 hours per week, all year round

The Person
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant Construction trade
- Experience across multiple trades would be advantageous
- Tradespeople from backgrounds such as Carpentry, Brickwork, Property Maintenance or General Construction encouraged to apply
- Looking to move into education or already have teaching experience
- Motivated by supporting the next generation of construction professionals
