In this role, you will manage a wide range of project-focused surveying work including preparing specifications, contract administration, site inspections, progress meetings and technical reporting. As your experience develops, you will take full ownership of your own projects and build lasting client relationships while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have strong Building Surveying experience, strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ambition to develop professionally within a business that offers genuine long-term progression.

The Role
- Managing project-based Building Surveying work from inception through to completion
- Preparing specifications and contract documentation
- Contract administration and site inspections
- Attending progress meetings and issuing contract instructions
- Producing technical reports for clients
- Managing projects independently as experience develops
- Working across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors
- Split between office and site's locations across the Southeast
The Person
- Building Surveying experience
- Strong construction and technical building knowledge
- Experience with contract administration and project delivery
- Client-facing communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Building Surveying degree or relevant construction qualification
