In this role you will own the day-to-day running of a busy aftersales service workshop, where you will be delivering repairs and servicing, alongside the refurbishment of traded-in, used machines. This is a hands-on role: you'll be on the tools alongside the team as much as managing them.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the service & maintenance of agricultural, REME, construction, plant (or similar) machinery & also be able to motivate and lead a small, passionate & high performing team.

The Role:
* Workshop Manager - Site based in Andover
* Hands on role + workshop operations duties & supervision of a small team
* Service, Maintenance, repair, diagnostics & refurbishment of specialist machinery
* Health & Safety, Maintaining workshop records, QC/PDI inspections etc.
The Person:
* Mechanical service & maintenance background with leadership / managerial experience in a similar role
* Transferable industries, REME, Plant, Construction, agricultural, mobile, service, and heavy lifting machinery / equipment etc.
* Looking for a long-term secure workshop based role with a company who value & continually upskill & progress their employees through the business
* Live commutable to Andover
