Our client is currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to oversee a social housing project in London on a fourteen-week contract. Your role will involve building positive relationships with residents, ensuring they receive information and support throughout refurbishment. You will be responsible for minimising dissatisfaction, addressing complaints, and resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
