We’re a growing homeware eCommerce brand with a passion for beautifully designed products and exceptional customer experiences. As a digital-first, D2C brand, we’re focused on creating seamless, inspiring journeys for our customers across every touchpoint. This is a remote based role that requires travel to London twice a month.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join our brand team. This is a hybrid role combining digital product design with brand and marketing creative. You’ll play a key role in shaping our website experience while also delivering impactful visual content across campaigns, social, and print.

What You’ll Do

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web pages and digital journeys
  • Create engaging and high-performing social content (paid and organic)
  • Design CRM assets including email templates, lifecycle communications, and personalised customer journeys to drive convention, engagement and retention
  • Produce campaign assets across digital, print, and retail (including brochures and POS)
  • Support brand campaigns across multiple channels
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, digital best-practise and quality across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, brand, and engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in digital and graphic design (eCommerce or consumer brand experience required)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, polished UI, and high-quality visual design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar)
  • Ability to balance product design and marketing creative work
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
